Both sisters got one similar.Purchased from mom's favorite jeweler in Mexico, from the 1960's to the 70's.Ring size (4) is approximate, slightly out of round.Measured with caliper from 14.7mm to 15.1mmLength: 18.5mmWidth: 17.1mmRing size: 4 (note above)Total weight: 5.1 grams.Hallmark: ? Not sure if the mark on back is a hallmark.Marked 14K on band and on back of medallion.
