Like just-arrived condition, never used! It is just a little dusty from sitting on the shelf in the garage. I will clean it up good though before I ship it. Heavy duty, hi-visibility yellow plastic. 3/8 in. front lip.Measure guide on side. High impact polystyrene construction for rigidity.
