Vintage Fenton Hobnail Milk Glass Compote with Ruffled Rim, Candy Dish, 1950-60s. Mid-Century Decor.
This compote or footed candy dish is bright white and has crimped & ruffled edging. Glossy white and dramatic Hobnail example.
The piece was made by Fenton Glass Company and is Hobnail milk glass, unmarked, as extremely pieces prior to the 1970s carried stickers, many of which got peeled off. The medium-large size makes it ideal for a variety of uses such as candy, nuts, dried rosebuds, soaps, or trinkets.
