Nearly 6" doesn't sound each that big to me. So, when I was first presented with this piece, I was sure that it must be larger than 6". No, the size is correct. It's solely that, because it is so ... round, I guess, ... it seems so much MORE! To imagine this, as it must once have been, a molten ball of liquid material, capable of burning right through just about anything it touched, is enough to fuel my meditation for weeks.
There is so much more, but also nothing more, to say! It's gorgeous. It's magnificent. It's totally worth the price, because it will last far longer than we will.
