must-have ! Vintage 1980's My Little Pony Paradise Estate W/ exceptionally Accessories & More

This is mostly complete. It is missing a few things such as the utensils, 2 doors, one flower and the ring toss toy. There are no ponies included.
It is in used vintage condition and there is some yellowing / staining throughout. It was truly dirty, but has been cleaned up! One corner of one of the roofs is broken. The stickers are still on it for the remarkably part.
A few bonus accessories are included from other my little pony toy sets.
In buy to be shipped safely it will have to be taken apart.
