Sylvanian Families Sparkling Fountain Grand Mansion. I haven't played with it since it's been stored away, but there's certain discoloration on the upper left of the window in part number 6.

I can't find one of the ladders, so I'm searching for it in my other belongings. I'll list it as missing for immediately. The fountain requires 3 AAA batteries, which are not included.

Otherwise, I think it's in good condition.

The box is included, but it has several dents.
