This is the MV1, the flagship model from KOSS, known for the Porta Pro.

It's a closed-back design with a high passive noise-canceling effect.

It was replaced with a fresh one under the manufacturer's warranty and has been used extremely little since then. However, there are some scratches that appear to have been caused by contact with the case, cable, and terminals during storage. The case also has dust and dirt from storage.

The set includes the main unit, case, and a dedicated conversion plug, as shown in the images.
