Hi this is the Keystep 37 by Arturia. An extremely lightweight, creative idea generator capable of intuitive sequencing, immediate chord generation and creative real-time MIDI controls="" that let you discover and interact with music fancy never before.

- RGB LEDs on each key for note tracking and swift feedback on your sequence, arpeggios, and scales

- advanced Chord mode with pre-defined or user Chords and strumming capability
- sustain hold button + sustain pedal jack
- MIDI channel selection, gate length, swing, sequence edit, scale quantization, CC bank selection
There's so much more this little box is capable of that I've barely scratched the surface. This turns into an extremely powerful tool when paired with other instruments and is wondrous with its sound generative capabilities although I've mainly used it as a MIDI input for laying down notes in FL Studio and VSTs.
